Duties
- Provide technical support to requirements discovery and design
- Providing technical input and review of functional and design specifications
- Implement the configuration and graphics changes for the DCS applications
- Implementation of configuration and software changes to Batch Control system
- Develop and update the detailed design document in support of configuration and graphics change
- Provide technical support during modifications to existing system and testing phases
- Collaborate with engineering and user teams through interactive participation in design reviews and offline test evaluations
- Attend and facilitate meetings and events, as required
- Maintain all required training to ensure job responsibilities can be performed on a daily basis
- Vigilant to safety and maintains a safe environment for all during performance of job responsibilities
Skills
- Minimum of 3-5 year’s automation experience
- Experience with Honeywell Experion Product qualification
- Experience as Engineer in at least one Automation discipline
- Significant capital project experience, with proven expert knowledge of cGMP compliance requirement
- Strong technical writing, verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs
- Excellent collaboration and ability to communicate information to a varied audience
- Compliance to cGMP requirements, particularly as they relate to the operation, validation and maintenance of computer-controlled systems
- Demonstrate good record keeping practices and attention to detail
- Six Sigma Certification
