Performance Management in Production
Objective
The workshop is designed to develop theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the area of performance monitoring and assessment by means of key performance indicators (KPIs) in the international manufacturing and process industries. The role and objectives of KPI management will be presented and put in context with other management systems.
Using case studies, the practical implementation of the requirements via automation and IT systems will be jointly elaborated and discussed. The focus will be on the selection of KPIs and repositories, business intelligence tools for data consolidation and role-based management dashboards for visualization and decision-making.
